While working at Education Northwest (formerly Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory), I built several Flash interactions and courses. The biggest beast of them all was the Terms, Conditions and Benefits course for the AmeriCorps VISTA program. The course is designed to teach prospective VISTA members about the terms of their service prior to becoming VISTAs—without putting them to sleep. This is truly the Cadillac of e-learning: designed to look like a game, it features artwork from the creator of Too Much Coffee Man, professional narration, and even a Spanish version (with its own narration, no subtitles!) that will debut in 2010.
